Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hour of recieving your order. Weekend orders will be shipped next busines day. Occasionally items ordered together may be shipped seperately from our supplier. We ship regular mail..Please allow 7 - 12 business days for delivery( Hawaii and Alaska ) may take 2 - 3 weeks.  After your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product with in 30 days you may return for a refund or exchange less s/h. 

How do I return an item?

1. Please return goods as securely as possible in original carton.
2. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. Please be certain that returned merchandise is in its original condition as well as in its original carton. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
3. Please contact us first before returning your product. All Returns and Exchanges must be arranged with a Customer Service Representative within 30 days after delivery and assigned an RA# (Return Authorization Number). Packages without an assigned RA# may be refused
4. Please indicate your Order Number and Date of Purchase, reason for return and action required (i.e. refund/replacement).
5. Ship via insured parcel post, or another traceable method. This is in your best interest as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.ll purchases are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied you may return the product to us and we will gladly replace, echange or refund ( less s/h ) the full product price.
